Review on ๐Ÿพ SnoozeShield: The Ultimate In-Cabin Pet Carrier - Sleepypod Air Solution by Alexandra Baker

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The best cat carrier on the market!

I can't say enough good things about this carrier. I have just returned from a 17 hour flight with my 5 month old kitten and all I can say is that it was well worth it! The backpack may look slick but its pockets contained 2 zipped pint pockets, a large adult incontinence pad, 1 pint bag of kitten food, 2 bags of Fortiflora, a mini bag of dehydrated chicken and a cat toy. An internal tether allowed me to open the carrier to soothe my kitty during our long flight as she was wearing a harness. This was enough for her to turn around and partially eject when allowed. Most importantly, this carrier easily fits under the seat in front of me thanks to the simple folding of the sides. Yes, you have to bend them a few times at home to get rid of the initial stiffness. Very easy! Cats prefer to stretch rather than sit, so a lower height room was fine as we valued the extra length option. You must know your pet. If your pet needs more height and less length, the Sturdi bag suits us too. However, the features are not that outstanding. Sleepypod gave me two different ways to attach it to another bag. This feature proved so amazing when I had to lug my luggage through international checkpoints with a porter. The adjustable shoulder strap was also comfortable for my 5'1" height. Includes a removable plush cushion. I took it off for our long trip and instead used two Stay-Dri Pads to level the base. Note: I went for understated Black decided as most people didn't know it was a cat carrier until it meowed This was helpful at the airport and at the gate.
