After watching tons of YouTube videos of crafters making gel prints and people making prints with gel plates, I decided to in bite the bullet and order a small set Try it yourself. I ordered this Gelli 6x6 print set and figured if I really like it I'll upgrade to a larger size later. After I opened my kit and started using it. I briefly read the instructions and started playing as I have seen in countless videos. I was instantly hooked and within 30 minutes I knew I wanted a bigger plate. While this works exactly like this, as it's supposed to, it's only 6"x6" and I wanted to draw on envelopes and paper. A few days later I had already ordered a large plate for myself from a craft store. However if you just want to test the water and get your feet wet I recommend a smaller plate like this first, plus it comes as a kit and has everything you need to get started. We recommend watching a few YouTube videos on the subject before using or buying one to see what interests you. Great set for beginners and to get your feet wet. Works exactly as described.
