I like this lamp very much. It has 3 different tones: warm/cold, and you can adjust the brightness by pressing the button (longer). It really changes/improves the quality of the selfie. to find good lighting (movement in the house) for zooming or other similar challenges. I find medium brightness great for me and uses less battery as a bonus. In this day and age when we're all using social media and conference calls, even more would definitely recommend! Make sure to fully charge it before use.
