I'm looking for a weight that can measure body fat and body composition, but I don't want to spend a fortune either. After comparing several within a similar price range, this one seems to provide more accurate data based on reviews. Their app and instructions are pretty easy to use and the interface is nice. While it does require a Bluetooth connection, meaning you'll need to have a phone nearby to record data from the scale, you can't beat the price and it's just a small compromise I don't mind. This is my first body fat scale and I'm curious to know more about my body composition like obesity, fat/muscle weight, water, bone weight and it even gives you data based diet and exercise recommendations which is nice. Surprise! For those who don't mind having to use Bluetooth every time you weigh yourself, I highly recommend getting this scale, which provides enough data without spending over $100.
