The CSR staff was very knowledgeable about their products which made them easy for me as an internal user of one product they supported (VMware) to understand how everything worked together with my other software stack! They also have been great at keeping in touch when I need support or additional information from time-to-time throughout projects/contracts over many years now - excellent customer service!! Nothing negative here so far but maybe more knowledge sharing would be nice? Maybe try out some new things you haven't used before like cloud migrations etc.? We run VMware infrastructure across several datacenters within the US & Canada.
