Received this after my trusty almost 20 year old Bodum mug warmer passed away after almost constant use. I chose this as a replacement because I love the look and thought the cases would be a good idea. The heating pad has stylish yet sturdy packaging so it arrived in perfect condition. It works very well and looks just as good as the pictures. I only gave 4 stars because there were a few small issues. Firstly, I only have ONE beverage cap, not 2. This isn't a problem for me as I can only have one cup of coffee at a time and most other beverages I take to the office come with their own caps. . The only other issue that was a little more concerning as I suffer from odor induced asthma is that this heater had an odor for the first few days. I thought it smelled like the exhaust from a truck idling in front of the building. This may be because I didn't wash or rinse the heating surface of the heating pad before using it. But the smell went away after a day or two of use. I'm happy with that, but it has HUGE cup warmers to refill.
