Received this after my trusty almost 20 year old Bodum mug warmer passed away after almost constant use. I chose this as a replacement because I love the look and thought the cases would be a good idea. The heating pad has stylish yet sturdy packaging so it arrived in perfect condition. I confess this is the best coffee warmer I've ever had on my desk. The other 3 died between the ages of 1 and 3 but they were annoying little things that barely got the job done so I don't miss them at all. The main advantage of the Bravo Line warmer is that it has more power. So if I put a full cup on its nice flat surface, the temperature of the liquid doesn't drop that far before it reaches equilibrium with the warmer and it starts heating. I buy a lot on the internet, but this is only the second time I am writing a review (a pity, I know). I have had about 5 different drink/coffee warmers over the past 20 years but this is by far the best! Thanks to its design, it holds larger cups than almost any other warmer. In addition, the heating surface seems to be significantly better. I have had problems in the past with most other heaters where the surface would discolor and/or rust/degrade (and not clean easily) after only a few weeks.
