I buy a lot on the internet, but this is only the second time I am writing a review (a pity, I know). I have had about 5 different drink/coffee warmers over the past 20 years but this is by far the best! Thanks to its design, it holds larger cups than almost any other warmer. In addition, the heating surface seems to be significantly better. I have had problems in the past with most other heaters where the surface would discolor and/or rust/degrade (and not clean easily) after only a few weeks. I've had it for about 2 months now and it's still as good as new (as I expected). The lid that comes with it is also great. I used to put a saucer on top of a coffee mug to keep it warm, but since it wasn't airtight its effect was limited. The included lids are very basic (rubber?) and they work really well as I make a large mocha latte in the morning and enjoy it for about 4 hours. The disadvantage of this heater is that it turns off automatically after 3 hours. I don't mind this security/power feature, but the fact that the light stays on after it's turned off is a little frustrating. If I don't remember to turn it off and on again 2-3 hours later, I'm reminded (that it's turning off) by having a sip of cooler coffee. Luckily I mostly remember to reset it. As much as I thought it would be better if they could change that part of the design, I still give it a 5 because it's so much better than anything I've had over the years.
