I always read reviews and order this based on good reviews; It's November 14th and I've been so busy with work that I was about to return this and will do so right now as I think it should still be in the window? Even if it's not, it's such a cheap product that after five weeks it stops working, I'm very disappointed. I had a much cheaper heating pad that finally died out on my desk after two years of daily use. Can't believe this one died for four times the price. What a disappointment and annoyance. Do not buy! When it worked, it stayed on for about an hour or two and overbrewed my coffee. Another gem of mine that I stumbled upon and got at half price at CVS one day was a steady hot tub with an auto shut off after about five hours if I drink multiple cups throughout the day. It has served me well. It was crazy I either burned my tongue or reached for ice cold coffee. Happen! More $$ is not better! Stop using Revine! Please, you can do better!
