Review on Durable GKK Tennis Balls - 12 Pack Yellow ๐ŸŽพ Felt Training Tennis Balls - Ideal for Beginners & Dogs by Quinton Martinez

Under pressure or without pressure? They are good but for tennis use Franklin

pouch instead of can. They are advertised as high jumps and last "for a long time" which again makes them appear as if they meant no pressure. When they arrive they are naturally built like balls with no pressure. Maybe I'm wrong, but to me they look like they should be balls without pressure. However, for some inexplicable reason, they are more expensive than Franklin (famous brand) pressureless tennis balls and they are more expensive than traditional canned pressurized (Penn) tennis balls for a local target. They currently cost about $2 a ball, while the Franklin brand costs about $1.35 a ball. So I was hoping that they would be of a higher quality in some way, but they are actually of a lower quality. They have less pile. I can't tell if they really are a smaller diameter or if they just look that way because of the flat felt, but they do look smaller. More importantly they don't bounce, they seem a bit flat right out of the box. And they're harder and stiffer than the Franklin with less flex, meaning they're more likely to give you tennis elbow. A regular pressurized tennis ball (Penn or Wilson) weighs 56 grams, but this one weighs 65.5 grams. The bag they came in was very flimsy, arrived torn. This is not a very good bag for long-term storage. I'd say they make better pet toys, but I suspect they're not as good as the Franklin. Given that and the fact that they're more expensive, I don't see why you wouldn't just go with the Franklin. Maybe if you need something harder than a tennis ball for a foot massage? There may be other uses for this ball but I mostly use no pressure balls for tennis training and practice and while they aren't terrible the Franklin is better.
