I am an odd size. I had to change to half a size smaller. The shoes fit as they should. I like hard leather soles with covered heels. They remind me of evening shoes that I had to wear all the time. I only wore them once and they were ok. My son even likes them. birthday is coming up. I know what to give him. If you like good chunky dress shoes and like this style I would buy a pair.
