Good monitor, bad power supply, even worse customer service
The monitor is excellent for its price, except for the power supply short circuit. Try contacting ACER to have it replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, I was told that warranty work would cost at least $150 and that I would have to send the power supply in for inspection. Useless. Good monitor, bad power supply, even worse customer service. Be prepared to buy another power adapter for it.
