I did not understand exactly why this happened, I did not change anything in my actions. You may need to lightly hold the blender with your hand from above during operation so that this does not happen again. It's not written in the instructions, but I'm sticking to it now. I really liked the blender, and I don't want it to break again. I would be glad if the manufacturer clarifies the operating conditions, because the case is not an isolated one and most likely there is already a technical opinion on the problem.

- I had to change the product under warranty, because it broke down 3 months after use (the blades of the motor block and nozzles with knives erased each other). I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the broken parts fairly quickly.
