half fit for dogs

I bought one of these in one size and the head part fit perfectly but the poncho part was too short and the waist belt was too short. This was based on measurements and sizing recommendations. I bought the next size up and it fits his body perfectly, but the hat and visor are too big so I have to roll them back. This keeps the dog's back and chest dry and his head wet.
