They are cheap for a reason

I bought both sizes not sure where I would put them but saw them on a lightning sale and thought at this price I know I have a place for she can find. I should have read the description better or read the reviews better. If I had I would most likely pass them on, but here we are. I have received them. And wow. Yes. Have you ever collected 3D puzzles? Well, they kind of are. They have a hard foam core with laminate on the outside. They do puzzles together. What I mean is you fit the tabs on one piece into the slots on the other piece and snap it all together. And then insert some small screws. I'm not sure what these screws are for because they are never tightened. If you keep pushing, you can literally slide the screw through the entire part. This is not a claim of the word but the knowledge of what you are getting. It's very very simple. Seriously, you can easily pick it up with a couple of fingers. This is a virgin daiquiri, a little light just for looks. Now I won't complain again. I obviously use them. I have a very narrow corner on my side of the bed but the ceilings are high so let's use that vertical space! I removed the front center stand from the largest shelf and placed it on my narrow table. This allowed the corner shelf to sit flush on the table with the two rear legs hanging over the edge of the table to prevent sliding. I put the smaller corner shelf on top of it. I left the middle pivot foot on this one. And it's a nice corner to put my TV remotes under. I keep my vitamins, my lamp and other miscellaneous items on the corner shelves. Again, everything is very simple. You can't put a big plant or heavy books on it, but yes, some succulents or a tray or other light decorative or household items will do. So for now it satisfies my needs, but the reality is it won't last long. This is a temporary measure. So if you're considering a purchase, keep that in mind. Oh, and it gets ridiculously static! Everything sticks there: dust, fluff, animal hair, human hair, carpet fluff, fluff from clothes and everything you can think of. I wiped it down with a dry rag and just moved the pile and added what was on the rag. I used a Swiffer rag and didn't notice much improvement. Used a Clorox wipe and it cleaned everything but only after making an even bigger mess. So cleaning is no fun. It's not the worst, but it's not the best either. All I know is you know what you're getting. Sorry for the typos, the coffee hasn't been made yet.
