Review on RouteXL by Hesham Peltier

I like that it's easy to use and you can customize your routes as much or little as you'd like. It also has great customer service which makes me feel more comfortable using their product. The only thing I don't really care for about this program is how it doesn't always update itself when there are changes in traffic. Sometimes if we're working with an upcoming event (like a wedding) then the updates will be delayed because of all the people looking at them. This isn't anything bad but just something new to look out for! We've been able to cut down our delivery time by almost half. Before we used to have to make two trips back and forth between customers' homes and drop offs/pick ups. Now they get one trip instead of 2.
