Terrible customer service - if you lose the rubber seal you have to buy all new containers The gray rubber stoppers in the lids have come out - and of course they have we've lost a few since we've been using these glass jars all the time. I went online to see if we could order more rubber stoppers individually but they weren't selling them. I contacted customer service and when I did they just offered me a 20% discount (ZW20-T7VT-ZLB9-GS if anyone wants) NEW KIT. I replied and said that we don't want to buy all the glass jars new as we have a lot of them and closet space is limited. They said they wouldn't sell, that's all. Now we have a bunch of useless glass containers because we can't vacuum them. That's it, these items are reusable and better for the environment! Of course, if you lose them, all you have to do is throw out the ones you have that no longer work and buy brand new sets.
