I needed to find a reading lamp that would adequately illuminate my keyboard as my new laptop with an 11.6" screen is smaller and didn't have a backlight option Keyboard, which I found problematic because I often like to use my computer in bed when the room lights are dimmed or turned off. When I first connected this USB powered reading light to my laptop and tried three different brightness levels, I was more than happy with my purchase. Brightness settings can be easily changed by simply pressing the head of the reading light. I figured I would have to use the highest brightness level to light the keyboard to my liking, but that wasn't the case as the second level of brightness illuminated my keyboard more than adequately, making all keys easy to see at low brightness . Lighting. With the reading light set to maximum brightness, I was able to see the keyboard even when there were no other lights in the room. In closing I would like to say that this is a great USB powered reading light that I would recommend to anyone looking for one. The 14 LEDs in this lamp illuminate everything underneath. Access to three different brightness settings, which can be achieved by simply touching the light, is a unique benefit that allows flexibility in lighting, as the user can choose which setting best suits their needs at the moment. In the end, I think this is one of the best reading lights you will find at Revain, especially considering the price of the lamp, so it's definitely a wise purchase.
