This headset adapter can do so much and easily. Microsoft makes their adapter difficult to get and it's very poorly made. Personally, I've had two of their stereo headset adapters fail in the last four years (their support is rubbish and I can't replace them). I received this adapter about a month ago, have used it extensively and have found it getting better. Sound quality and DB level compared to the Microsoft adapter, the controls are very simple and the LEDs are not obtrusive and are clearly visible even in daylight. I've used so many Xbox One headsets and adapters over the years and so far this has surpassed them all! Highly recommended and tested!
