Update: I ended up cutting out the inside pocket to make it looser and more comfortable for sleeping/lounging. Very convenient. I will wear it to sleep. The belt is very soft. It has a good inseam so I can lie freely in bed. Won't stretch. Inside the cover is excellent, a separate piece of fabric like a hammock. I'm 5ft 11in, 200lbs and size XL fits great. The Asian size on the label is XXXL.
