The sound quality is ok once inserted correctly. However inserting the PSA is a very noisy event that hurts your ears. You cant turn it on or off as needed, it is always on when not on charger. The aid is very large in size and very painful to wear, and i'm a large person. The volume control is to small and it is hard to adjust.i would not recommend this item.
