This is similar to walking on nails due to the bumps in the sole. I am shocked that nobody mentioned this in their review as it makes the shoe unwearable! The seller said that the insoles can be left on, but they don't stick to the shoes at all and they slide, bringing a new kind of discomfort when wearing them. If you want to try walking on your nails, order one size up.
