Review on Women's Hiitave Minimalist Barefoot Running Trainers Footwear by Trevor Bannister

Pretty good at sports

This is the first pair of "minimalist" shoes I have ever bought. From the packaging I can safely say that these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They would be good for slippers, water boots for river swimming, fishing, whatever. I have walked in it, worked in it and rested in it. I've wanted to buy a pair for a long time, so I decided to give it a try. Pros: - Excellent fit - Very light - Little arch support - Excellent foot movement - Very durable sole to the touch. - You feel what's under your feet without killing them. - Great price to try if you haven't already. Cons: - I don't think they will last long. The outsole is a little loose on the sides. The back over the heel rubs the ankle uncomfortably. Full disclosure, I bought these primarily to try for work. I wear them over 10 hours a day, all the time on my feet. they hold up well. Ankle chafing causes some discomfort so I put patches on the area of friction just to check it out thoroughly. They are very comfortable if not chafing. I will say that I loved the concept of these shoes so much that I bought another pair that haven't arrived yet from another company just to try them out. I will always be grateful to Hiitawa for helping me become addicted to these shoes. To be honest, I don't think I'll ever wear a normal pair of shoes again. And I don't want to sound like a snake oil salesman, but I do want to add that I've had issues with pain in my feet, knees, and hips since I was in high school playing basketball. Since wearing these shoes, most have lost significant weight. I find it interesting. I also realized how much I attack my heels when walking, so of course I had to change my gait to not kill my legs. Now I walk with a much lighter step and not a stomp. It's pretty weird but cool. Now I understand how unnatural it is to walk in thick-soled shoes. Like I said, I never think I'll go back to regular shoes.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Minor issues
