Review on 💡 Premium Black LED Desk Lamp: Lite Source LS-306BLK Halotech - 29-Inch, 8W by Tamara Simms

Just bought this lamp I am very happy with the purchase so far. The lamp is very clean and looks great on any wooden table or dark background. I was pleasantly surprised that the lamp has two adjustable light modes, one slightly dimmer and one brighter when more light is needed. The lamp is very suitable for small rooms and gives the room a pleasant light. When reading newspapers or books, the lamp does not distract. The lamp comes pre assembled so I didn't have to assemble the lamp which was handy. I was surprised how big the base of the lamp is, in the picture the base looks like the size of a soda can. However, the base of the lamp is larger than expected. The radius of the soda can is 1.25 inches while the radius of the lamp's base is 2.25 inches. Sorry if this is confusing. Pros: Easy to read with two brightness settings Lamp base is very heavy Cons: Lamp base may get relatively hot sooner after a long time (an hour I think). *I will update this review in a month to see if underfloor heating becomes an issue. * It would be great if the lever extended further instead of getting stuck in one position instead of just pivoting up or down. Overall: Very happy with the lamp so far and worth the price.
