Review on YUMEART Painting Embroidery Decoration Paintings by Shantel Griffin

I ordered and received a 16x20 canvas and as you can see from the photos I got it a quarter of the way. Until I got this far, I didn't realize that the diamonds kept rising on the canvas no matter how much effort I put in to keep them flat. Well, of course that happens when you have creases on the glue/adhesive surface on the canvas. If it has creases there is nothing you can do to make these diamonds lie flat, they just keep popping up! I contacted the company and showed them the photos. Everything went fine at first, they asked what diamonds I used and wanted to replace my canvas and send some of the diamonds I used after their last email to get a "count" for what I have used. I did that and then got an email from them saying it's ok if they just send a sticker? so I need to remove what I did I guess scrape the sticky coating off the canvas and then try to apply a new sticky top to the canvas! I think it's a little weird! Right now I just want my money back! It's a shame, because that would be a beautiful picture! I've done a lot of diamond paintings, I mean A LOT. I've never had one with creases on the sticky top cover, but if you see that on your canvas don't work on it because you think you're fine. I give 1 star because it prevents me from submitting without verification.
