The headrest is made of thick hard plastic and is very durable. They fit my granddaughter's tablet perfectly and then it can be adjusted to fit my phone which is half the size of the tablet and neither device moves, wobbles or falls out of the holder. This is a simple installation that consists of just wrapping the strap around the headrest and attaching the appropriate Velcro. They sent it to me in gray but I would like it black to match. Otherwise a solid and well working part.
