Used only once for tools and equipment
I downloaded the program and connected the scanner in the car. Worked great, but the next day when I tried to use the program and scanner, the program said it couldn't find the scanner on the system. Uninstalled and re-downloaded the software, plugged in and unplugged the scanner, did basically everything to see what the problem was. I can't understand.
