I bought this to use the litter box. I was looking for a tray with very specific dimensions that would fit between the toilet and vanity. Could not find! Decided to try this instead of my cat. I got a kitten from my friend who moved house and was only able to take one of her cats with her. My girlfriend and both cats stayed with me for a few days before continuing her journey to a new location and leaving the kitten with me. The other cat is large, 3 years old, 14 pounds, and has also made very good use of the box. She made some litter so the sides might not be high enough for a big cat/litter enthusiast. It's perfect for my 6.5 pound, seven month old, leggy kitten. It's very durable and seems easy to clean when the time comes.
