I like that it gives me insight into my competitors' activities as well! It is easy for customers to understand what they should be writing about their experience with ReSpoNDENTIALS. The team has been very responsive when we have questions or need help setting up accounts. We are trying to see if there's any way we can use this tool to get more positive feedback from guests who post negative comments. Also would love if we could send them personal messages through the platform so that we have an opportunity to address those issues directly. So far, everything looks great. Customers are able to easily leave constructive reviews and make suggestions without having to type a response out themselves.
