The tablet worked well for the first month, and now the battery suddenly does not hold a charge. I charge it overnight, take it off the charger and after 10 minutes the battery dies, so basically I'll never be able to use it without a charger. A complete waste of money. Update: So I went back and forth with the Chuwi service line and they were awful to work with. They sent me a battery first which I have to pay to take to a repair shop for installation but they told me there is a chance the screen could break and there is no guarantee it will fix it can be. Why do I have to pay all this money for a product with a guarantee? I contact customer service again and they tell me they cannot repair the product because their repair centers are closed due to the pandemic. Okay that's fine, so what's my solution? I was told to wait for them to open. Do you mean that seriously? This article is for students entering school and I have to wait for a warranty repair? How about a return? How about a new device in general? I will report this business to the BBB. I will never buy from them again.
