I liked it for the first hour then the clip broke when attaching it to the headrest. I want to buy it again, but I wouldn't want to throw away $15 if the second one breaks too. Also, our dog is only 40 pounds, he is not a big and heavy dog. ***UPDATE*** 5 stars! Support contacted me and offered a free refund or replacement. I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation. As long as you get a car seat with a strong clip you won't be disappointed - the rest of the seat is great and fits my SUV perfectly. I'm so happy with the way the company stands behind their product that I'm ordering another one!
