Bought this for my mum for Christmas because she has been wanting one for a long time. She is a heavy smoker in a small basement apartment with almost no ventilation. At first I was immediately surprised how my mother, who doesn't even remember how to add a new contact to her phone, was able to set it up correctly. One less thing I had to do for her! I will say I had no personal experience or use of it but she only said positive things. She always mentions how quiet it is and how she's noticed a difference in the air quality, which is actually the main reason he didn't buy it.
