Whether it's on my desk or under it, this fan is perfect for my small workspace. While I work from home, the room I use as an office is the smallest that can get really warm when the heater is on to heat the other rooms. With this fan I can either put it on my desk or when I'm in a meeting I can put it under my desk and it's so beautiful anywhere. Really helps cool you down when you're in a stuffy room. The great thing about this fan is that it's not loud or annoying even during a meeting. Especially when it comes to presentations. My room has a carpet but I had to buy a plastic chair mat so I could sit on it. I had no problems with this rollover in oscillating mode. Not much to set up or install. It was more like taking it out of the box, plugging it in and done. Easy to use and I love that it helps me stay cool so I don't look like a sweaty mess in the cell.
