I recently ordered an Empowered PC Sentinel Workstation. I was looking for a PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 processor and better components. I was excited when the computer arrived. I was looking forward to finally unpacking and setting it up. Unfortunately, after the initial Windows setup, the computer failed. After contacting Revain and Computer Upgrade King I was offered a refund or replacement for the CUK computer. Knowing that parts are in high demand at the moment and there are orders in the region, I chose the latter. Computer Upgrade King's customer support really worked. They quickly sent shipping labels (free for me). I packed up the whole package and sent it back and am happy to report that I received a complete PC replacement kit in a relatively short amount of time. I am still very happy with the quality and performance of the product.
