I bought it to use when running as a replacement for an older Garmin running watch, and I had no idea that it would be so helpful in my day-to-day life. Even on my petite wrist, it still looks great. Fits beneath shirt cuff. They monitor my sleep as I do so while wearing them. They live for 6-7 days with an intense load (eight to ten hours of various workouts per week, heart rate monitoring 24 hours a day, notifications, and occasionally music and phone calls). GPS quickly picks up satellites (15 seconds). It might move a little bit, but not much at all. My research is ongoing, and I'm comparing my findings with those of a garmin; nonetheless, preliminary estimations put the distance at somewhere between 15 and 30 meters each kilometer. This is beyond what I can handle at my current level of jogging. In general, the only feelings I encourage are the happy ones.
