Excellent value for money. I bought 2 packs and had way more than I needed. But I would recommend a guide. I had to google how to do it and even then I still had no way of measuring how much to do. The beads all expanded and were very cool. After adding a submersible light, extra water, and a floating candle, I had some pretty cool birthday party decorations! Several suggestions. Make sure you have several gallon jugs for easy portability and a wide hopper makes this very easy. Also, I used a lot of short vases (6 inches) and the balls weren't visible at all. I think they were intended for very tall containers. Overall not a bad first try for the price.
