I got my top plate about 30 years ago. I don't remember it being as hard to get used to as my newly made bottoms. It seemed, despite everything, that my buttocks were pinched and rubbing somewhere. Because of this, my mouth hurt so much that I had to leave my teeth for a few days while the ulcers healed. Until I received this. I noticed a big difference in them. When I steamed them I felt very comfortable in my mouth with no rubbing or pinching. They seemed to cushion just enough to make me very comfortable. i am sold Thank God!
