I bought a set of knee and elbow pads for me and my son when we go mountain biking. I figured that as a coach I would set a good example and wear protective gear and I'm very glad I did. We were cramming into a particularly dense rocky area when we lost speed and traction and two of us fell, or rather fell off our mountain bikes. Not a scratch on me, my G-Forms took the hit and are still going strong! The other coach wasn't so lucky. After removing the pebbles and debris from his leg and knee instead of mine, he now thinks differently about the G-shape.
