Looks and feels good, but durability is terrible. Within a month, not one, but two pieces of tape broke. Definitely not due to wearing too tight and stretching as it came loose after the first one broke which took about 3 weeks. Then the next one broke within a week. Bottom line, I wouldn't buy it again because of the miserable durability. This is an active watch strap, which means it has to withstand harsh conditions. This one couldn't even handle basic usage and that's all I threw at it. Update: Customer service has been great and new bands are on their way to me, no questions asked. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars for excellent customer service. Will be updated again if the groups hold out better this time! Or deteriorate again if the product is short-lived.
