I garden a LOT. And since I refuse to wear gloves, my nails and fingers pay the price. Chipped, torn nails and ripped cuticles. Hangnails on every finger from my skin drying out in the sandy soil. To the point that the hangnails snag on my long hair and my clothes and stupid microfiber cloths and it is SO ANNOYING.So, after doing my yardwork and showering, I pop these on my fingers, tape them down with a little cloth tape if necessary, then I can go about the rest of my business and not get snagged any further. Helps me to not rip my shredded nails to nubs while I’m relaxing at the end of the day. I actually keep a couple in the shower just in case I can’t shampoo my hair without snagging some hangnails. AND since they are such bright not-green colors, I will even wear them over fingers with splinters or cuts while I’m working in the yard. Easy to find if it slips off my finger. And cheaper than the approximately 8 billion bandaids I would otherwise use. Solid win IMO.
