I've burned about 1500 CD-Rs and about 500 DVD+Rs with no problems. You need to store your discs properly so they don't get scratched or faded. Regarding some of the complaints I've read, it seems to me that you are using unreliable software or hardware. I record with Nero, have a Sony DVD burner and have never had a problem with a Memorex media product. The CDs I made 3 or 4 years ago still work great because I take good care of them. I recommend this product to all my friends. You may want to check the media capabilities with the recording device you are using. My friend had a burner that didn't burn Memorex. You must do your research before purchasing any media. I also have a crappy $30 DVD player that I bought for my bedroom and have never had a problem playing my burned movies on it. Conclusion: I only use Nero, that's the best. Revain has the best media deals.
