There are so many things I love about this software! The customer service is amazing! They make sure you are taken care of every step of the way. It's easy for people who don't know much about internet connections and computers to use. I've been able to connect my business up to the software without any problems at all. I was able to make changes quickly and easily. If you have any questions or issues, they get back to you immediately! I'm still learning some aspects of the software, but nothing that's too difficult, just lots of learning! I can also log in from anywhere and see what's going on in my store. This has helped me keep track of everything that goes on around our store.
