Very disappointed! Because the side you rest on does NOT taper down to the bed, there is a 4 inch gap (see photo) where there is no support. It kills my back because it puts pressure on my lower back. Plus it's so hard like sleeping on the floor. I just tried it for the first time and I want to try it as soon as I receive it. I don't understand why it has so many stars unless other products are worse. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If a company wants to return their product, I'm happy to send it back. Otherwise it goes in the garbage. I only gave it 1 star because you can't give update 0.7/18/21. I received an email from the manufacturer asking them to remove my post and they will send me a $20 gift card. THE? I have provided a very truthful and accurate review and am not for sale. You should be ashamed of yourself!
