So simple and accurate
I love them when they run out I have to find someone to sell them to buy a year's supply. They also make them for chicken. You just stick it in the meat, wait a few seconds, pull it out and it will tell you if it's done or well done. I find that most metal thermometers don't work well if you only have one portion to test and it takes a long time. This is perfect for a thick steak or a single meatloaf.
