Bought new from Sony, arrived without one of the two USB cables needed behind the dash if you want to connect your phone or other USB Want to connect device Very frustrating as the dashboard was already disassembled waiting for me to install it. To fix the hole I temporarily plugged in the radio but didn't attach it to the dash otherwise I'd have to take everything apart again. I called Sony and they said they would send me the missing part which would take 6 days. I will be shopping locally in the future so I don't have to wait to get what I paid for if this happens again. Otherwise the device sounds good.
