I was looking for a slimmer and less bulky bag. The bag is much thinner and appears to be made out of durable material. It can be used as a backpack and comes with a shoulder strap for a messenger bag and has a top handle as shown in the picture. The bag fits perfectly under the seat of your car or plane, but it is not very convenient to open it at security, it may take a few minutes to open. I'm using a convertible ultrabook that's a few years old and it fits like it was made for this laptop, 12 inches wide and 10 inches deep. The bag is advertised as waterproof and waterproof, but it is not waterproof. If you find yourself in the pouring rain, make sure to remove your electronics and any important documents you may have once you are in a dry area. The water will soak in after a while and be prepared for a long wait for complete drying. Spraying it with tape helps, but don't expect it to be fully waterproof, it just isn't. It has enough space for your cables, phone and chargers, maybe a notebook and some files, laptop and tablet. Pens and keys are conveniently stowed on the front, while expandable side pockets hold a couple of water bottles. Most importantly, it offers good padding all around, including in the corners. I've only had it a few days, but so far it's very durable and I've trusted it fast enough to climb rooftops and throw it. As said, it is not waterproof but it is water resistant, it will keep your stuff dry when you go out of the car, for example to go shopping or to the airport entrance. but you won't leave this backpack out in the rain. When you need to work in elements. Apply Scotch Guard well and you will stay in the water for at least 30 minutes. Overall this is a very nice bag and it is very durable. Everyday items are easily and quickly accessible from the back. I would recommend this product to friends and family. The reason I only gave it four stars is that it's not waterproof but good enough to withstand a downpour. They should call it waterproof, not waterproof.
