Review on Z Ink Replacement LC203 MFC J4420DW by Shawn Martin

I'm giving them 2 because I was able to install and print them a bit and the print quality was no different from brand name cartridges. However, my printer now hisses and refuses to recognize the cartridges. I hope I haven't completely screwed it up and going back to the brand will resolve the issue. But now I have a whole box of them taking up shelf space. Dissatisfied. They are way cheaper! ***UPDATE*** I have changed my rating to 3 stars for a number of reasons. First I read and found out something where other readers said I should remove the chip from the top of the original Brother cartridges and replace it with the chip on those cartridges. So far this has worked. However, it's a pain and something I shouldn't do. If I buy a product that says it's a replacement product and works with the device, I don't need to modify it in any way to make it work. Second, shortly after the review was posted, a company representative contacted me. Offered to send a new set or refund the money. I gave up as I could use the above mod to get it working. I will not trade money or things for an honest review but I intend to be honest and they have provided great customer service. Now I know the trick, but I also know it's a bit risky.
