Review on Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 205/55 R16 94T winter by Wiktor Krzysztof Kor ᠌

Does not meet my expectations, it was not worth buying.

The most crucial component - as it turns out, Nokian's infamous guarantee, for which many are willing to overpay (including myself) - does not function. Sent a letter of endorsement and a link to the survey. You have to type a lot of useless information and attach a lot of images (at least they didn't make them attach analyzes, which would have made this an even longer epic) in order to submit this form. Then there were more questions and retakes of the photos. They act like they care, but in reality they're just stalling for time (our conversations lasted for close to two months), and the end consequence is the same: you're not driving safely. If it were the absolute cheapest rubber, I could see it, but as it stands, the client's perception of rubber has been tainted, and I cannot accept that.

Pros
  • Name-brand, reliable grip in any climate
Cons
  • Just as loud and rough as every other Hakki before it. Poor performance in blowing snow And unfortunately received a faulty batch, but Nokian does not acknowledge this. The tires show nearly little wear for a season's worth of use (about 7-8 thousand kilometers), but one-third of the spikes on every wheel are gone. While the point of the spike does fly out, the rest of the "sleeve" stays in the hole. Just like before, I did the run-in in my usual fashion. This is a really disorganized set. Before that, I rode Hakka 5 for three years before switching to Hakka 7, where I promptly lost two spikes on all four wheels. The spikes on Hakka 8 will be ready for next season's skating. It looked like Clutch 9-ki was getting worse.
