I got this sometime around Feb-April 2021 and it worked great until around June-July. It started flickering randomly between red and blue and stopped heating, I didn't think too much about it at the time as removing the cup and replacing it usually did the trick. But the flickering became more frequent, and then it stopped heating up and flickering every time a cup was placed on it. Unfortunately, the deadline to return the item for a refund has already passed. But I really liked the product and only now do I see that there was a manufacturing issue with the batch mentioned by Unisam/the seller in the response to the customer question. Can I get a replacement please?
