I bought a Blueair Classic 405 HEPASilent Filtration Wi-Fi Air Purifier and a Blueair AwareTM Indoor Air Quality Monitor so they can work together. The filter has worked flawlessly for about a year. Filter changed regularly. As the year progressed, the fan motor became louder and more noticeable. After about 14 months, the filter stopped connecting to the network. After several attempts to get the filter online I finally called Blueair CS and they couldn't help. They said they would forward my service request to technical support in Stockholm (parent company obviously). I never received a follow up from the company again. I refused to order another filter and monitor from another company. I expect better customer service for a product in this price range. Also, the monitoring and filtering app could be much better, with the aim of spending less time interacting with our devices instead of more time. There are many other products in this category that are cheaper and (obviously) more reliable. I would not buy this product again.
